Meditation

Meditation is a process that invites release of difficult or unsatisfactory mind states and emotions.

Meditation can take many forms. Many people start by focusing awareness on an object as a way to stay present, let go of thoughts and to calm the mind.

Insight meditation investigates thoughts in the mind to see what’s valid and real. Inner peace is always available, regardless of what may be happening in life. When the real self is discovered as unchanging, timeless presence, struggling against life ceases.

Meditation on energy centres can help us to connect to a greater source of guidance. The heart can break through judgment and the gut feeling can guide the way. When we connect ourselves to receiving this, we align ourselves to our lifes purpose.
